A: The website migration service that our company is offering is free of charge (to a certain extent). We will transfer your website(s) to our avant–garde cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that changing web hosting providers can result in lost information and unnecessary downtime. This is why we will accomplish all that for you for free!We’ve got qualified administrators whose only task is to make sure that your website performs exactly as it did on your previous web hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in migrating custom–built sites, as well as sites that are based upon well–known web applications like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we can’t give you a precise ETA, because there are lots of factors, including the physical size of the web files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our best to migrate your website within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (if the website content is not large).

A: We will need the login details for your old web hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the website’s name (domain name).

A: In order for us to start the transfer of your hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to share the very same details you have provided to your old hosting provider. We’ve also got a very rigid Privacy Policy, which specifies how sensitive info is used.

A: Your web site will work just like it did before with your old hosting provider. When we have completed the migration, your site will be configured to work on our platform and we will ask you to preview it. If everything is working properly, all you will have to do is change the NS resource records for your domain name. Your website will be transferred over to us without any downtime whatsoever.

A: Nope. Apart from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we will not need anything. We will never get in touch with your web hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: Yes. We support all common Linux–powered hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–based hosting platforms, since we don’t offer Windows hosting solutions ourselves.Additionally, we don’t support proprietary site creation and administration user interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
